The Eastern Mediterranean University Journal of the Faculty of Law is a double refereed and blind peer-reviewed scientific journal electronically published biannually. The language of the Journal, which includes studies directly related to the field of law, is Turkish.  The Journal aims to bring together academics and legal practitioners working in the field of law with articles and evaluations that shed light on current legal events and problems. The published articles are primarily related to the primary fields of law, such as Civil Law, Constitutional Law, Roman Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Tax Law, International Law, European Union Law, Philosophy and Sociology of Law, Human Rights, International Private Law, Civil Procedure-Enforcement Bankruptcy Law, Labor Law and Turkish Legal History. In addition to research articles, book reviews, translations and court decision evaluations are also published in the Journal.
